Which products can I order through the co-op?
The products you may order are listed in the weekly price list email that is sent to members every Friday.
When is the deadline?
The deadline to submit your order is Sunday at 5pm
What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum order required
When will my order be ready for pick up?
Orders will be available for pickup on Tuesday by 1pm and you can pick up as late as 7pm. An email is usually sent as a reminder that items are ready but if you do not receive this email know that your items will be ready by 1pm
Where do I pick up my items?
Pick up address will be given upon first order. Location is off Peachtree Industrial and Moore Rd. in Suwanee 30024
How may I pay for my order?
Accepted payment for co-op orders are check or cash only - no credit cards. Please make checks payable to Nora Lea
When do I pay for Group/Bulk Ordering?
Many times throughout the year we will have a group order to receive bulk ordering discount on items such as Coconut Oils, Sustainably Caught Seafood, Unrefined Sea Salts, Green Pasture Fermented Cod Liver Oils, Unrefined Maple Syrup and other items. Payments for these items are due in advance when we place the order.
What if the item I ordered is out of stock?
If you order an item that is out of stock, your current order total will be adjusted accordingly. You will receive an email with your new total before 12:30 on Tuesday. You may re-order these items with your next co-op order.
What if I have a problem with one of my products I purchased?
Please contact the farmer or vendor directly with any issues or questions you have regarding any items that you are not satisfied with. Please let Nora know as well of any concerns you may have. Below is the listing of current farmers and vendors and their contact information.

What happens if I’m missing items in my produce box or receive the wrong item?
Please contact Nature’s Garden Delivered directly. Suwanee Whole Life Co-op does not have any control over the box orders. You have an account directly with them and they will gladly help you with any issues you have regarding your box.
What volunteer opportunities are available?
I currently need help packing co-op groceries on Tuesdays after I pick up from our farmers. A sign-up sheet is on the table to volunteer your time. Packing begins around 10:30 and usually only an hour is needed. A little longer if we have a bulk order.
